The 2023 to 2025 Business Plan’s online format is accessible and lays out the service’s objectives for the next three years.

Under YRP’s two foundational pillars of Our People and Our Community, the Plan outlines key objectives of the 2023 to 2025 Business Plan, including:

• Safety and Well-being: To support the safety and well-being of our members and our community
• Inclusion and Belonging: To strengthen inclusion, belonging, and trust within the organization and community
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: To enhance services and processes to serve our community
• Recruitment and Retention: To promote a people-first approach to recruit, retain and enhance talent to serve our community

The business plan is informed through feedback from both YRP members and the community.
